The best gifts for construction workers pass one simple test: will it get used on a Tuesday? - Skylight, light at 4/12. Washed coffees from Ethiopia, Guatemala and Brazil, with blackberry, caramel and black tea. Bright and well-rounded.
- Low Slope, light at 4/12. Ethiopia, Mexico and Brazil, with fresh fruit, citrus and a light body. “Easy on the pitch. Bright in the cup. Never ponds.”
- Starter Strip, light-medium at 5/12. A natural-process single origin from Sidamo, Ethiopia, with pear, lemon, blueberry and floral notes and vibrant acidity.

For the truck or the trailer
Not every job has a kitchen. Two ways to get good coffee without one.

Just add hot water.” About 1 teaspoon (2 g) in 8 oz of hot water makes a cup, and the 1.9 oz (54 g) size holds 27 servings, for $16.95. It is rated for any pitch.
